How much are tickets to the Parade of Homes?

Each ticket costs $15 and includes entry into all 10 homes. Children 12 and younger are free. Tickets go on sale on September 1, 2023, and are purchased here.

When is the 2023 Parade of Homes?

The 2023 Parade of Homes takes place on 4 days, over 2 weekends. The homes are open for viewing on:

• Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 10am to 5pm

• Sunday, October 8, 2023 from 11am to 4pm

• Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 10am to 5pm

• Sunday, October 15, 2023 from 11am to 4pm

Are the tickets for a single day, or for the whole event?

Your ticket purchase allows you to enter each of the homes on any of the 4 days, and your tour does not need to start and finish on the same day. This is a self-paced parade, so please enjoy the homes when it’s convenient for you, as long as it’s within the operating schedule.

Are children allowed? Do they need their own tickets?

Your children are welcome and are asked to obey the same etiquette guidelines that are expected of all attendees. Children 12 and under are free. No strollers, please.

Can I also purchase tickets at the homes, or is it online only?

Tickets are only available by purchasing through this link. All ticket sales are digital. PAPER TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE HOMES. Tickets will go on sale on September 1, 2023.

Are tickets refundable if I can’t make the Parade?

No. Ticket purchases are non-refundable, though you have the option to visit the Parade of Homes on any of the 4 operating days.

How will I know where to find the homes?

Addresses are released in the ParadeSmart app on the morning of the first day of the parade. Our Parade of Homes magazine also has the map and home addresses.

Where do I get the Parade of Homes magazine?

The Parade of Homes magazine is available in print and digital this year and can be downloaded here. You may also pick up a copy of the printed magazine at your first parade stop.

Are the homes for sale?

This varies. Some homes are already being lived in by their new owners, some are custom-built for a specific buyer, while others may be currently listed or soon-to-be listed. For more information please contact the respective builders.
